Start each day by opening the message for the current date and reflecting on it before your day begins. Practice living that message throughout the day. Encourage your child to engage with the calendar daily and help them see how Swami’s teachings connect to their experiences and surroundings. At the end of the day, come together as a family to share how you practiced the teaching and the insights you gained.
